1. In accordance with the needs of the company's business department, consult and inquire with cooperative overseas or domestic agents, formulate the most effective overseas transportation solutions for the business department, and assist the business department in reaching cooperation with customers.
2. According to the order type, entrust, arrange and coordinate the service items provided by overseas agents, properly match and book cargo shipping space to ensure the smooth operation of orders.
3. Be responsible for order operation-related work including shipping space booking, trucking arrangement, import and export customs declaration, bill of lading verification, supplementary document submission, settlement and bill of lading release.
4. Track cargo in a timely manner and assist the next department in sorting out various documents required for document exchange and customs clearance at the destination port.
5. Reconcile and settle costs with overseas agents and assist the business department in tracking payment collection.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in international trade, logistics management, supply chain management or related fields are preferred.
2. Possess good communication, expression, learning and comprehension abilities.
3. English can be used as a working language.
