1. After a business transaction with a client is closed, communicate and coordinate with the client and the suppliers designated by the client in accordance with the business delivery process.
2. Communicate and coordinate with various internal departments, track the entire cargo progress, improve delivery quality, and ensure the smooth completion of the import delivery process (arrange for the customs clearance department to conduct product compliance reviews; arrange for the finance department to handle international trade settlements; arrange for the overseas department to book shipping space; arrange for the customs clearance department to review foreign trade documents; prepare and collate declaration documents; arrange for the warehouse and distribution department to deliver goods).
3. After the execution of a business order, prepare a statement of account based on the business quotation. Upon completion, send it to the business department for confirmation and review to ensure timely payment collection.
4. Timely feedback the cargo progress to clients, resolve various emergencies encountered during the import process, enhance the customer service experience, and improve the customer repurchase rate.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in international trade, logistics management, supply chain management or related fields are preferred.
2. Possess good communication, expression, learning and comprehension abilities.
