1. Accept orders via the ERP system, receive declaration documents and enter them into the Single Window System/ERP system.
2. Send the draft customs declaration for operation review; after receiving the operation notice, upload the documents for a second review and then arrange for declaration.
3. Timely follow up on cargo status until customs clearance is granted.
4. Follow up on declaration progress (if applicable).
5. Follow up on inspection procedures (if applicable).
6. Follow up on the issuance of electronic and original documents such as quarantine certificates, cargo import certificates and quality certificates (if applicable).
7. Communicate and handle issues related to post-declaration verification, tax refund and insurance refund (excluding communication with the local customs office).
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in international trade, logistics management, supply chain management or related fields are preferred.
2. Possess good communication, expression, learning and comprehension abilities.
