1. Send documents via email and verify document exchange materials (check for pre-carriage, on-carriage, arrival notice, invoices, cargo ownership documents, etc.).
2. Register in the document exchange master sheet and apply for payment in the OMS system, covering on-carriage document exchange fees and deposits (note: an advance payment application is required if the amount exceeds 10,000 yuan).
3. Settle fees with the shipping company and confirm the delivery method (original bill of lading / telex release / sea waybill).
4. Track cargo arrival time and confirm whether the shipping company has detained the cargo.
5. Organize document exchange materials and hand them over to couriers for document exchange with freight forwarders or shipping companies.
6. After container return, confirm if demurrage charges, container repair and cleaning fees, overstay fees and other charges are incurred; if not, arrange for deposit refund with supporting documents and record document exchange service fees.
7. Record daily payment application details, reconcile weekly whether invoices have been received for payment applications, and follow up on the progress of deposit refunds.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
