Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize the establishment and improvement of the group's financial management system; organize accounting, budget management, and cost management work to ensure the compliant and effective operation of financial management.
2. Be responsible for organizing the improvement of business processes, management systems, and talent team management mechanisms; rationally allocate resources, arrange and guide subordinates to carry out work to ensure the efficient completion of the department's task objectives; provide financial operation analysis and forecasting for business departments as needed to support their decision-making and review.
3. Organize the formulation of the department's development plan and work plan in accordance with the group's strategy; undertake and organize the completion of various performance objectives assigned by the group, and cultivate competent financial personnel for the company.
4. Maintain good communication and collaboration with other internal departments of the company and external relevant units, and handle related affairs.
5. Optimize various processes of the financial shared service center, standardize processes and integrate systems to improve personnel efficiency.
6. Establish a multi-dimensional financial data center to support the real-time generation of management reports by country, branch, and department, and meet the group's consolidated financial statement requirements.
7. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in taxation, accounting, financial management or other related finance and taxation fields; more than 8 years of financial work experience, and more than 3 years of financial management experience in the international logistics or import and export industry.
2. Priority will be given to candidates with more than 3 years of financial management experience at the group headquarters.
3. Candidates with Intermediate Accounting Qualification Certificate, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Agent (CTA) qualifications are preferred.
4. Familiar with national and local fiscal and taxation policies and relevant laws and regulations; proficient in tax planning and analysis, able to independently handle tax-related affairs; sensitive to risks, with strong tax management, overall coordination and risk avoidance capabilities.
5. Possess strong language expression ability, interpersonal skills, adaptability, communication skills, team collaboration ability and pressure resistance.
