2. Team Building and Management: Establish an export freight forwarding sales team; set goals, track processes and drive results to lead the team in achieving performance targets.
3. Talent Development: Implement talent recruitment, selection, employment and retention to incubate and develop professional talents.
4. Key Customer Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain key customers of export strategic dedicated routes through exhibitions, phone calls, customer visits and other methods, and establish good long-term cooperative relationships.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; academic requirements may be appropriately relaxed for candidates with rich industry experience.
2. At least 3 years of sales and sales management experience in the export freight forwarding industry; experience in large enterprises is preferred.
3. Possess the ability to independently develop markets and organize teams to explore markets, with abundant customer resources.
