1. Corporate Strategy Alignment & IT Strategy Formulation: Based on the company's overall strategic goals and departmental development plans, formulate an IT construction blueprint, clarify technology development directions and key projects; closely collaborate with the executive team to promote the implementation of the IT strategy, ensuring that information technology plays a core role in supporting business growth and management improvement.
2. Requirement Sorting & System Construction Implementation: Deeply understand the IT and informatization needs of each business center, formulate and implement practical system construction and optimization plans in combination with the company's development stage, build a unified, efficient and scalable informatization platform, and ensure the stable, collaborative and efficient operation of various businesses.
3. Team Building & Talent Development: Be responsible for the establishment and management of the IT team, continuously optimize the team structure, improve overall technical and management capabilities, establish a talent echelon, cultivate reserve forces with technical depth and management potential, and provide guarantee for the sustainable development of informatization.
4. Cross-departmental Collaboration & Project Management: Coordinate resources and needs of various departments, formulate clear project promotion plans, monitor project progress and quality, ensure IT and informatization projects are delivered on schedule and with high quality, and support the company's overall business development.
5. Business Process Optimization & Efficiency Improvement: Lead the sorting out and optimization of key business processes (such as freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing and distribution), apply informatization means to improve process efficiency and transparency, continuously promote business innovation and management upgrading, and help enhance the company's operational efficiency and competitiveness.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer-related fields.
2. With experience in ERP system design and implementation; strong business understanding ability and business perspective, able to effectively transform business needs into informatization construction plans.
3. Rich team management experience, excellent leadership and internal/external communication and coordination capabilities; proactive, strong sense of responsibility, with innovative awareness and strong pressure resistance, able to promote project implementation in a multi-tasking environment.
