1. In accordance with customer requirements, consult and inquire with cooperative domestic and overseas agents or shipping companies, formulate the most effective international export transportation solutions for the business department and customers, and assist the business department in reaching cooperation with customers.
2. According to the order type, entrust, arrange and coordinate the service items provided by domestic and overseas agents or shipping companies, properly match and book cargo shipping space, and ensure the smooth operation of orders.
3. Be responsible for order operation-related work including shipping space booking, trucking arrangement, export customs declaration, bill of lading verification, supplementary document submission, settlement, telex release of bill of lading, destination port customs clearance and delivery.
4. Track cargo in a timely manner and feed back cargo progress to customers promptly, resolve various emergencies encountered during the export process, enhance customer service experience and improve customer repurchase rate.
5. Reconcile and settle costs with domestic and overseas agents or shipping companies, prepare statements of account based on business quotations for customer confirmation, and assist the business department in tracking payment collection.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.
1. College diploma or above; English as a working language.
2. More than 3 years of relevant working experience in first-class freight forwarding companies; familiar with various forms of sea freight export operation processes including designated cargo and self-sourced cargo; capable of independently handling the entire process of an order from start to finish and resolving emergencies promptly and efficiently.
3. Possess good communication, expression, learning and comprehension abilities.
