Job Responsibilities:
1. Before a business transaction with a client is finalized, assist the sales team in completing product import compliance reviews, determining the required documents for both overseas and domestic sides, and confirming costs.
2. After receiving the order and relevant materials from the sales team, communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers, track the entire cargo progress, improve delivery quality, and ensure the smooth completion of the import delivery process (including international trade settlement; review of foreign trade documents, preparation and collation of declaration documents; arrangement of customs declaration and problem resolution; arrangement of cargo delivery).
3. After order completion, reconcile supplier bills, enter costs into the system, and coordinate with the finance department to finalize settlements.
4. Summarize work performance, formulate work plans, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in international trade, logistics management, supply chain management or related fields are preferred.
2. Possess good communication, expression, learning and comprehension abilities.
